[Tribe of Calvin]. Marion Jayne Whitney was born on 8 April 1922 at Athol, Massachusetts.1,2 She was the daughter of Glenn Elmer Whitney and Eleanor F. Roberts.1,2 Marion Jayne Whitney was nick named Beb.2 She graduated in 1940 from Orange High School.2 On 6 October 1945 at Orange, Massachusetts, Marion married Robert Henry Bolza, son of Emil Bolza and Alma Herbst.3,2 According to her obituary, "Following high school, Marion moved to Pittsfield, and graduated from Hillcrest School of Nursing. She was a former member of Beta Sigma Phi. Marion lived in Pittsfield for many years before moving to Keene in 1975. An avid golfer, she had been a former member of the Pittsfield Country Club, as well as a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Pittsfield and the Red Hatters Society. Marion and Robert spent winters in New Smyrna Beach, Fla., for 35 years.2" Marion Jayne Whitney died on Tuesday, 8 November 2011 at Keene, New Hampshire, at age 89 years and 7 months.2 Marion was buried on 19 November 2011 at Central Cemetery, Orange, Massachusetts.2
