     Isabel Ruth Delvy was born on 30 November 1861 at Gill, Massachusetts.2 She was the daughter of John Carter Delvy and Mary Sophia Munn.1,2 While her father was in the Civil War, a member of the 27th Regiment Massachusetts Volunteers, she was known as the "Daughter of the Regiment." On 6 August 1883 at Vernon, Vermont, Isabel married John J. Howard.2 On 22 May 1889 at Orange, Massachusetts, Isabel married Thaddeus H. Wilber, son of Thaddeus Wilber and Sarah N. unknown.2,3 Isabel Ruth Delvy died on Friday, 2 November 1894 at Orange, Massachusetts, at age 32 years, 11 months and 3 days.2,3
