     Franklin Henry Boardman was born on 31 July 1864 at Bedford, Taylor County, Iowa.2,3 He was the son of Henry Boardman and Lucy Francis Delvee.1 Franklin Henry Boardman was called by the name of Frank.1 He was listed in the household of George William Alvin Delvee and Olive M. Coy on 27 August 1870 US Census at Charlotte Township, Bates County, Missouri.4 Franklin Henry Boardman appeared on the US Census of 1880 at West Point Township, Bates County, Missouri, living with the John and Alice Eckels family.5 On 18 August 1884 at Maysville, De Kalb County, Missouri, Franklin married Susan Catherine Cogdill, daughter of James Frederick (Flint) Cogdill and Emeline Frans.2 On 23 November 1895 at King City, Gentry County, Missouri, Franklin married Susan A. Morris, daughter of Jonathan Morris and Debora J. unknown.2,3 Franklin Henry Boardman died on Tuesday, 24 May 1949 at Wayne, Wayne County, Nebraska, at age 84 years, 9 months and 24 days.2,3 Franklin was buried at Newcastle, Dixon County, Nebraska.6
