     Charles White Delvey was born on 13 January 1848 at Spencer, Massachusetts.2 He was the son of Charles Fessenden Delvey and Ruth Drake.1 On 6 January 1870 at North Brookfield, Massachusetts, Charles married Ellen Frances Chapman.3 Charles White Delvey and Ellen Frances Chapman appeared on the US Census of 1880 at North Brookfield, Massachusetts.4 On 3 October 1893 Charles married Mary Lucina Ingraham, daughter of Dexter Ingraham and Lucina Ball.2 Charles White Delvey served as as a representative to the Massachusetts Legislature representing North Brookfield, Mass. He died on Wednesday, 29 April 1903 at age 55 years, 3 months and 16 days.2
