     Barbara J. Gillis was the daughter of Francis Gillis and Alice Blanche Coolidge. [Tribe of Peter]. Barbara married William A. Duplessie. Barbara J. Gillis graduated in 1944 from Petersham High School.1 She graduated in 1946 at Longmeadow, Massachusetts, from Bay Path Junior College.1 According to her obituary, "Mrs. Duplessie was a secretary at the former Union Twist Drill Co. in Athol for 8 1/2 years. She was later a secretary at American Tool Supply Co. in Chicopee. Mrs. Duplessie was a member of Petersham Orthodox Congregational Church. An ardent golfer, she was a member of the Ellinwood Country Club and the Petersham Curling Club.1" She died on Friday, 19 June 1992 at at home, Petersham, Massachusetts.2,1
