Charles Battle Delvey was born on 30 January 1869 at Orange, Massachusetts.1,2,3 He was the son of Jonathan Delvey and Nancy Olivia Battles.1,2,3 Charles Battle Delvey was listed in the household of Jonathan Delvey and Nancy Olivia Battles in 1910 US Census at Orange, Massachusetts.4 According to his obituary, he "was for many years employed as a machinist by the New Home Sewing Machine company. He was a member of the Athol Star lodge of Masons and Orange Social lodge IOOF.3" Charles Battle Delvey died on Monday, 22 April 1946 at Henry Heywood Memorial Hospital, Gardner, Massachusetts, at age 77 years, 2 months and 23 days.2,5 Charles was buried at Central Cemetery, Orange, Massachusetts.3 Charles appears to have neither issue, nor wife.
