  Henry Hockett died Saturday morning at his home, 709 North First street, of apoplexy. He was 72 years of age and is survived by his wife and six children. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon in charge of the G. A. R. Burial was in Pleasant Valley cemetery. Published by the Allen County Journal on 30 November 1916
